Deep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Deep.
9. Marketplace Information
Products and franchise information are supplied by participating businesses. Deep is a discovery and inquiry service in this release; it does not process product or franchise payments. Investment ranges are estimates, may change, and do not promise revenue or returns. Verify all information and obtain independent professional advice before entering an agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
